  • Participant Outreach and Registration:  LPE conference and event professionals will fully determine all participant requirements and management save-the-date, invitations, ongoing communications, thank you letters, payments, as well as online and in-person registration services.

  • Virtual and Hybrid Meetings and Events: LPE produces creative virtual and hybrid events that seamlessly blend in-person and virtual experiences for both participants and presenters.  We produce high quality webcasts for all types of meetings and events, to include virtual breakout rooms, keynotes sessions, panels, presenter discussion rooms, participant polling systems and reporting tools.  We facilitate the full in-person conference experience virtually.

 

  • Onsite Services:  LPE’s experienced conference and event professionals provide clear and agile implementation of all onsite plans.

 

  • Exhibitor Management:  LPE’s conference and event team managements all exhibitor support services to include, but not limited to booth registration, setup and breakdown, electrical service, audiovisual equipment rental, materials management, staffing arrangements and payments.

 

  • Vendor and Catering Services:  LPE’s management of vendor requirements, selection, contracting and implementation services include, but not limited to catering, staging, entertainment, audiovisual, security, and equipment.

 

  • Speaker Services:  LPE manages speaker recruitment and logistics support services, to include requirements, topics, SME’s, AV requirements, contracts, logistics support, and payments.

 

  • Post Conference Reporting and Surveys: LPE excels in support all client post-conference requirements, including proceedings, reports, audiovisual presentations, participant surveys and reporting, registration reports, bills, thank you letter, vendor payments.
